I don’t know about you guys, but I was really on edge this week. Like I said last week, everyone here is evenly matched, so if anyone got taken down it could turn into a huge upset. I was a bit worried when Kazama’s plan started, but he pulled it off splendidly! This is also yet another example of someone incorporating someone else’s moves into their own style, and it was nice to see.
Konami is the MVP we don’t deserve! Fuck it up girl, fuck it up! I pretty much figured this would happen based on Jin’s prediction, but that doesn’t make this moment any less cool!
The one thing I will say about the Neighbor villains we’ve seen so far is that they respect powerful and/or skilled fighters. Instead of the cheesy “I won’t forget this” or “Curse you Meeden kids!” or the like, they’re like “Damn. All right. I see you.” They’re not sore losers, and they recognize talent when they see it. Then again, in a world that’s all about war, maybe it’s not all that surprising.
This is adorable. Also, Yotaro is a heck of a lot more mature than I was at his age. I feel bad for Hyuse, but honestly it probably would’ve been worse for him to go back like this. And I’m not saying that just because I’m hoping for him to join Osamu’s team…*fidget fidget*
I know he’s probably half-joking but man, that’s a lot of pressure. Poor Jin.
I can’t wait for next week!!!!
